　　After a successful 30 year career as a business person in the information industry and instructor in executive education, in 2003 Bill turned his attention to full time teaching in China. He taught a variety of business, culture, and English language programs at the Huihua College of Hebei Normal University where he received numerous awards for his teaching and community service activities including the prestigious Yanzhao award, the highest award given to a foreign expert by the Hebei Provincial government. Bill joined the COACE teaching staff in 2007 as a senior lecturer in Intercultural Communications, Business, and Urban Planning.
